Terms of service

For online or telephone orders, we will send out your package within 5 business days of receiving your order.

Once your order has been shipped, we will email you with a tracking number for your reference.
We ship, and insure all our packages for loss or damages via Canada Post. Delivery time will vary depending on your location. Packages usually take 5-10 business days to arrive within Canada, and may take up to 14 to 21 business days for U.S. and International orders.

You will be notified if your item is out of stock, discontinued or cancelled. We will contact you via phone or email to discuss alternative options/wait times.
We will contact you when your order is ready for shipping. You may cancel your order up to the date of shipping.

We accept special order requests, and require a non-refundable deposit of 25% at the time of the order.
